* We require a credit card/debit card to be placed on file to secure your appointment 

* We have certain brands of hair that we prefer to work with but it must be purchased at your own risk, we prefer high quality human hair for weave services (recommendations available here).

* If you are receiving a full head weave service we HIGHLY recommend that you purchase a lace frontal. It is not required but please be aware that we DO NOT do full sew in weaves using the weft hair to close the weave off. 

* We must know all services that will take place during the appointment ahead of time so that we can schedule accordingly.

If you are not sure what services you are interested in or don't know where to start, let us start with a consultation! During this service we can talk about your hair goals, assess your hairs current condition and then provide you with next steps to achieve the look you desire. 

Unfortunately we are not able to take last minute or walk-in services. We provide luxury hair services that can take time to perform and we do not stack appointments on top of each other. Due to limited space and to the capacity in which we schedule, most of our services require planning, so often times it is very difficult to schedule an appointment within the same week as your email or phone call.

Policies

Deposits (Secure Appointment)

To book any  service with HairTenders we require a credit card/ debit card to be placed on file to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed unless we have this information. 

Cancellation/ No shows

We require 48 hour notice for all reschedules and cancellations. If you do not call, email or text to cancel your appointment in the appropriate time (48hours prior to appointment) we will bill your credit card/ debit card for 50% of your appointment service cost. 

HairTenders has a Zero Tolerance policy on no call / no shows. If you do not come to an appointment and do not inform us beforehand you will not be able to schedule another appointment. 

Guest

We have VERY limited space available so we ask that you do not bring additional people to your appointment. We have a no children policy. Please do not bring your children to the salon unless they are being serviced.

Please be on time

If you are late it interrupts our entire schedule for the day with other clients and other obligations so please call to let us know. If you are more than 20 minutes late with no phone call your appointment may be given to another client.
 

Consultations

In order to bring your vision to reality, whether that be restoring your natural hair or creating a special look just for you, we require a consultation before scheduling an actual hair appointment. The consultation is a vital part in building a relationship with your HairTender. During this appointment we will devise a plan of action to achieve your custom look, talk about hair goals, and we will get started on your HairTenders RX plan.
